If the desired delivery postcode is not listed below, meaning it is outside of our standard delivery area, we might still deliver to you, but we need to find out the transport cost before we can accept your order. Please provide us with your full delivery address and the order value inclusive of VAT here.  Alternatively, you can share your shopping basket with us, specifying the delivery address. DELIVERY LEAD TIME

We aim to deliver all orders processed online within 1 - 5 working days, depending on the postcode. Working days are classified as Monday - Saturday. Sometimes, if ordered early enough, we may be able to deliver on the same day. Usually, our deliveries are completed between 8 am – 5 pm.

However, an estimated lead time might vary. Most of our products are stocked in our branches, however, some are sourced directly from the supplier. Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you via email and call. 

Due to the current high demand, many items are subject to availability, and delivery times may take longer than normal. While every effort is being made, there may be occasions where deliveries are delayed beyond the confirmed delivery dates.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note, if there was a failed delivery or delivery address amendments in which case you may be charged additional charges relating to delivery.

Please note orders may be fulfilled in more than one delivery. Once dispatched, we will send you an email.

Please do not commence work or any installation until after you have received your order and checked all goods for any defects or missing parts. MGN Builders Merchants may not be held liable for any failure to deliver by any stated time or date or for any consequential loss resulting from late deliveries.

The delivery methods are to the kerbside only. This means that the delivery driver will park as close to your delivery location as possible, and you will provide all necessary labour and equipment required to unload materials promptly, except for use of a vehicle-mounted crane. All deliveries must be checked and signed for by someone over the age of 18.

Our delivery fleet range from transit vans to HGV trucks. Please notify us prior to dispatch of any access restrictions that might affect the delivery of your building materials, such as narrow roads or red routes.

In situations where you fail or refuse to take delivery of goods tendered in accordance with your order or we are unable to deliver the goods because you have not provided appropriate instructions, you shall pay us any additional cost for carriage incurred by us.

If you keep our delivery vehicle waiting for an unreasonable period of time or if we are obligated to return without affecting delivery, a justifiable additional charge may be made that reflects the additional cost to us.
