The Exterior Pre-grit is a one part, ready-to-use, external render bonding agent, used for concrete, brickwork and blockwork. It will improve adhesion to smooth surfaces and will reduce suction on porous surfaces. It is green-pigmented for identifying treated areas. Ordinarily, it is applied by brush or roller.
