Job Description: 

We're currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Website Administrator tojoin our marketing and website development team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our website to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Working closely with various teams, including web developers, marketing team and buying team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our website aligns with our business objectives.

Key Requirements Include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to wor efficiently as part of a team
  • Prior experience with a content management system is desirable.
  • Experience with basic SEO principles is a plus
  • Comfortable performing both repetitive administrative tasks and creative troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrates high personal standards of ethical behaviour and professionalism, aligned to company values.
  • Positive attitude, energy, resilience, and commitment.
  • Ability to embrace and embody company values and culture

Main Duties Include:

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality website content, ensuring accuracy,
    consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Upload and manage various digital assets (images, videos, documents) on the
    website
  • Work with the marketing manager to keep content up to date whilst improving
    the usability and user experience of the website using the Magento management
    system.
  • Monitor website performance, conduct audits, and implement necessary
    improvements to enhance speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Perform basic SEO optimization on website content to improve search engine
    ranking
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement enhancements,
    updates, and new features.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and URLs for search engines to improve
    organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Monitor website analytics, generate reports, and track key performance
    indicators.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, such as broken links and error
    messages.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, making
    recommendations for improvement.
