The intumescent strip fire and smoke seal is a 2.1m long strip, designed to prevent the spreading of fire and smoke. It is designed to be fitted to the fire door frame and is activated through heat. In the event of fire, the strip expands up to 10-15 times its original size, holding the fire door in place. This strip plays a significant role in preventing the fire and other damages to the property.
