The Moisture Resistant MDF is a wood-based panel that is used as a substitute for softwoods and hardwoods. It is designed for interior applications in humid conditions. The 18mm MDF board has moisture-resistant properties, thanks to the resin used to bond the wood fibres together when manufactured.  

Use & Application

The moisture resistant MDF 18mm sheet is not suitable for external applications since the direct contact with moisture may cause this type of wood panel to swell. So, it’s widely used in internal applications, the furniture industry and decorative fittings and fixtures.
