The undercloak fiber cement strip is a light-grey coloured strip that contains asbestos, used on roof verges to allow for mortar adhesion and to support the bed of mortar. The fiber is reinforced with cement, which makes the fiber even more durable and solid. It is autoclaved for improved moisture resistance and strength.
